Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion; fraud, scams, extortion, malware; phishing or credential theft; impersonating an Agent, business or developer; using OceanAlt to learn how to bypass risk controls; automatically interpreting a failed query as safe; mass scraping, mirroring or rebuilding risk data; excess concurrency or DoS; scanning endpoints outside the scope of security research without authorisation; interfering with other users; infringing privacy or intellectual property; breaching data-source licences; advertising a rating or Registry listing as an “official certification”; any unlawful activity.

OceanAlt may restrict, log, investigate, suspend or terminate suspected violations and disclose necessary information to appropriate authorities where required by law or to protect safety.
