Acceptable Use Policy

Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, extortion, scams, market manipulation or dealing in criminal proceeds;

Facilitating sanctioned parties, stolen funds, mixer laundering, malware, dark-market activity or other high-risk abuse;

Impersonating or misusing another person's identity, Agent, wallet, API credential or mandate, or submitting false KYA/KYC/KYB information;

Bypassing limits, allowlists, purpose restrictions, geographic controls, risk checks, authentication, replay protection or fees;

Attacks, scans, reverse engineering, overload, restricted-data scraping, malicious injection, interference with the Services or unauthorised access;

Privacy, IP or trade-secret violations; distributing unlawful, harmful or misleading content;

Misrepresenting OceanAlt's advisory output as an endorsement by a regulator, government list or licensed institution.

OceanAlt may restrict, log, investigate, suspend or terminate suspected violations and disclose necessary information to appropriate authorities where required by law or to protect safety.
