OceanAlt provides pre-payment risk screening, trust decisions, research and developer tools for agentic payments. We do not custody funds, do not execute transfers for users, and do not provide legal or investment advice or full KYC / AML compliance services. The documents below set out the service boundaries, data use, API and on-chain payment rules, third-party data sources, and the respective responsibilities of users and OceanAlt.

Core reminder: no risk signal found ≠ safe. Pre-payment screening does not replace your own authorisation, transaction monitoring, legal judgement or necessary human review.

This is the bilingual V0.4 publication copy of the OceanAlt legal documents. OceanAlt is at an early stage and has not yet designated a single formal legal operating entity; these documents use a transitional operating arrangement and do not fabricate any legal-entity details.

Website and Services Terms

V0.4 · These Terms apply to the OceanAlt website, research and media content, AI Security Lab, KYA, RAP, Registry, ratings, address and endpoint screening, APIs, MCP, SDKs, bots, embeds and other OceanAlt services. Read them before accessing the site, creating an account, calling an API, connecting a wallet or making any on-chain payment. By using the Services — and, where required, by actively checking an acceptance box — you agree to these Terms.

Privacy Policy

V0.4 · OceanAlt provides pre-payment screening with no registration and minimal data wherever possible. Looking up an address or URL does not mean OceanAlt knows who owns it, and we do not bind a query target to a real identity. The retention periods, cookies and bot fields described here were checked against the actual code and server configuration.

V0.4 · OceanAlt keeps non-essential cookies to a minimum. The list below reflects what production actually sets; nothing is listed for the sake of a complete template.

API and x402 Pay-per-Call Terms

V0.4 · These terms supplement the Website and Services Terms for the REST API, MCP, SDKs, x402 paid endpoints, the Decision API, batch/trace and developer integrations, and prevail for those features in case of conflict.
