How to file
v1 accepts filings by email (no public form yet, to avoid spam). Send to business@oceanalt.com with the subject “Dispute: <profile name>” and state: which profile, what you claim, evidence links (transaction hashes / screenshots with source links / regulatory documents), and your name (anonymous is fine). No evidence, no case. Form review within 3 working days; once passed it is published and the registrant is notified.
