These agents would handle tasks such as health, finance, and personal relationships on behalf of users around the clock. He disclosed that the first agents have already achieved breakthroughs in coding, but the product experience still needs to be simplified for widespread adoption by non-technical users. When an agent can pay bills, sign contracts, or manage assets on behalf of a user, pre-settlement verification mechanisms—such as who authorized the action, the scope of authorization, and how to prevent abuse—are shifting from nice-to-have to must-have.
