AI company Anthropic this week launched a sales-focused Claude agent designed to automate customer interactions and order processing across retail, travel, and other industries. According to the announcement, the agent is built on the latest Claude model, can understand natural-language queries, recommend products, complete transactions, and integrate with existing enterprise CRM and payment systems.
