Euno Raises $23M Series A to Build a Corporate Memory Layer for AI Agents

Euno, an enterprise AI context platform, closed a $23 million Series A on September 9 led by N47, bringing its total funding to $29 million. According to the company, the new capital will be used to expand its data governance and context-mapping capabilities for AI agents.

Euno co-founder and CEO Sarah Levy said enterprises run an average of 10 to 12 different data platforms, and consolidating them before deploying AI could take years—a timeline most companies cannot afford. Euno's approach is not to migrate data, but to map how data is used and governed across existing systems, and to define what each AI agent can see through role-based personas—applying the same logic enterprises use to determine employee access rights.

Levy noted that enterprise data is often fragmented and riddled with duplicates, inconsistencies, and conflicting information, while knowledge such as which spreadsheet a team uses or which metric an executive trusts may never have been formally documented. This places different demands on AI infrastructure: rather than simply connecting a large model to a database, organizations must first clarify what data means and where its boundaries lie within the organization.
