Financial Services Go 'Invisible' at Money20/20 USA 2026
At Money20/20 USA 2026 in Las Vegas, "invisible" financial services emerged as a shared priority among several participating institutions. According to conference observations published on the Stripe blog on October 22, 2026, Airtm Chief Product Officer Arshi Singh said on stage that if users are required to understand stablecoin infrastructure itself, the product has not been done well. Speakers from Robinhood, Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions, and the Solana Foundation expressed similar views.
The conference drew more than 11,000 payments, fintech and enterprise leaders. The implementation formats discussed included embedding stablecoin wallets within familiar applications, setting explicit purchasing limits for AI agents, and accessing financial services outside bank business hours.
What these scenarios share is that underlying clearing and settlement and compliance judgments are pushed into the background, leaving users to interact only with the front-end interface. For agentic payments, setting limits and purchasable ranges effectively moves authorized intent and per-transaction limit constraints forward to the product layer.
